• $750 flat rate

• $400 rental + $1,000 minimum bar spend

Full-Day Rental (up to 8 hours)

• $1,000 flat rate
  OR

• $500 rental + $1,500 minimum bar spend

 Casual Studio Use (Minimum booking)

• Small Group (1–4 people): $35 + tax (confirm if final pricing)

• Large Group (5+ people): $50 + tax

 

 Short-Term Studio Rental: Ideal for instructors, dance collectives & recurring sessions.

• 4-month term: $650/month + tax

• Includes 4 hrs/week, fixed time slot, plus personal access key
