STUDIO 1
COST: $55/hour, $100 for 2 hours, $145 for 3 hours, $185 for 4 hours, plus $45/hour thereafter. Unavailable Thursday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
STUDIO 2
COST: Is available for $50 per hour, $90 for 2 hours, $125 for 3 hours, $160 for 4 hours, and $40 per additional hour.
THE LOUNGE
Haliente's Lounge: 4-hours: $750; 8-hours: $1,000. Bar option: $400 + $1,000 minimum for 4-hours, or $500 + $1,500 minimum for 8-hours. Before tax and gratuity. Available Thurs - Sats, 6 PM to 2 AM. Other times may be accommodated upon request.

Studio 1: The Georgian Studio
Overlooking Barrington Street from the second floor, Studio 1 offers approximately 1,200 square feet of open creative space with 10-foot ceilings.
This character-filled studio has improved with age. Its classic Georgian-style architecture is balanced by modern touches, creating a warm and inspiring environment for movement, creativity and community.
Studio 1 is a flexible space for dance classes, rehearsals, workshops, private lessons, photoshoots, creative projects and intimate gatherings.
Studio 2: The Modern Studio
Also overlooking Barrington Street, Studio 2 is located on the third floor and offers approximately 1,200 square feet of open space with 9-foot ceilings.
Newly renovated with a modern design and subtle Georgian-inspired details, Studio 2 offers a clean, flexible setting for instructors, artists, teams and creative communities.
Whether you are teaching a class, rehearsing with your team, hosting a workshop or developing a new creative project, Studio 2 gives you the space and flexibility to bring your idea to life.

Overlooking Barrington Street from the second floor, the lounge features open-concept space, high ceilings, polished wood floors, rich architectural details, lush greenery, artwork, dramatic lighting and the signature Haliente neon glow.
By day, it is a flexible space for dance, workshops and creative projects. By night, it transforms into a fully licensed cocktail lounge designed for celebrations, showcases, private events and unforgettable community experiences.
